Lessons for Life: How to be Humble

Our lifestyle says that humility is a distinctive feature.

However, we often fail to use the idea in our very own lives.

Some people look for aggressiveness in our children. We assume that it's going to help them to succeed in life. It also will make you proud while your son ratings a touchdown or makes the "All State" debate group.

But have you ever noticed that a number of the greatest athletes are humble, that some of the best intellects are humble, and that a number of the best leaders are humble?

What! Your lifestyle would not say that humility is a virtue?

Try this in case you are Jewish or Christian:

If my people, which are referred to as by my call, shall humble themselves, and pray, and searching for my face, and flip from their wicked ways; then will I pay attention from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and could heal their land. 2 Chr. 7:14

Better it's miles to be of an humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the destroy with the proud. Prov. Sixteen: 19

And the mean man shall be introduced down, and the mighty man will be humbled, and the eyes of the lofty will be humbled:
Isa. Five: 15

Whosoever consequently shall humble himself as this little child, the identical is greatest inside the kingdom of heaven. Matt. 18: four

And whosoever shall exalt himself will be abased; and he that shall humble himself will be exalted. Matt. 23: 12

Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall elevate you up. James 4: 10
